Your order will be delivered to you within 3 working days. For collection products, this period may be extended to 5 working days. This period may be extended due to the density of the discount period. Thank you for your understanding.
You can check your orders from the "My Orders" tab in the "My Account" section. After your order is delivered to the cargo, in the "My Orders" tab, "Where is my cargo?" You can find out what stage your order is at from the link. When your order is delivered, information is sent to you by ROMAN by Mail.
Orders placed by wire transfer become valid on the date your transfer fee is deposited in our accounts. ROMAN is not responsible for products that are out of stock within this period.
If your order is in the status of 'Your order has been received', you can change your delivery address. You can contact 0216 641 33 34 to forward your new address.
We cannot change the address for your order with the status of "Your Order Has Been Shipped". You can change your address by sending Mng Cargo 444 06 06.
If you cannot be found at your address, the courier company leaves a note stating that you can pick up your package from the nearest branch. If you do not receive your package from the specified branch within 3 days, your order will be returned to Roman.com.tr.
Your orders are delivered to the address you specify with Mng Cargo, cargo companies do not deliver on public holidays.
Your order is sent to the delivery address you specified during the working hours (weekdays and Saturdays) of Mng Cargo 09:00 – 18:00.
